The Austin Healey Club Ltd is a ‘not for profit’ organisation which holds and processes information about members, sponsors, customers and other data subjects for fundraising, administrative and commercial purposes. We care about your privacy, because it's the right thing to do. We are governed by the General Data Protection Regulation in all we do and are bound by the Data Protection Principles which are set out in law.

The Data Controllers for the Club are the Directors, each responsible for their own Centre areas. They are advised by and represented in data protection issues by the Club’s Data Protection Lead, Jim Palmer.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office - Registration Number ZA300859. Our entry can be found here.

The purposes for which we hold and process your information are:

• Managing the membership of new and existing members.
• Organising Club events.
• Retailing items and services to Club members.
• Maintaining the historical records of the cars which the Club covers.
• The management of relevant internal elections.
• Staff administration.
• Advertising, marketing and public relations.
• Accounts and records.
